Whilst working your bottom off it’s important to take breaks. It can actually be counterproductive to not take ‘me time’. So whether you’re in England and you’re hitting up the coast or you’re in the city and you head to the Hamptons it’s great to have some fashion staples to pack and go.

I love jumpsuits. Versatile isn’t even the word to describe them. Strolling on the beach with a bikini underneath -check. Meandering around the local shops, check. Night out add it with some heels, works wonders! You just accessorize differently and it’s a go to staple!
